Please note that due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds on purchases, in line with industry standards.
Once a subscription has been purchased and activated, the services become immediately available for use for the next billing cycle.
However, we are committed to addressing any technical issues or discrepancies in billing promptly. If you encounter such issues, please contact our customer support team at support@applicationfitness.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Application Fitness offers digital services, and as such, we are not currently accepting physical returns of products.
Once a subscription has been purchased, the services immediately become available for use for the next billing cycle.
Therefore, we do not accept returns once the subscription is activated.
In some cases, we may make an exception and provide a refund.

If the customer's account is charged for a subscription they did not authorize or have not used.
